SEM Tools is an independent software project developed under the JSerForge name. Contact: semgz23@yeehaiglobal.net.
2. Information processed by the current website
At present, this is a public informational website. It does not include user accounts, a Google sign-in process, or any live Google Ads API connection. We do not currently request Google Ads authorization, collect Google Ads account data, or store Google OAuth access or refresh tokens through this website.
When you visit the website, its hosting provider may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security or access logs, as needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not intentionally use this site to collect advertising profile information. If you email us, we will receive the information you choose to send.
3. Planned Google Ads API use
SEM Tools is being developed to support keyword research, including historical monthly search volume, advertising competition indicators, and historical top-of-page bid ranges. These are planned capabilities and are not active on this website.
If Google Ads API access becomes available, we intend to use authorized access for keyword planning research and associated user-requested workflows. Before enabling a live integration, we will update this policy to describe the specific data accessed, authorization process, storage, retention and deletion arrangements, and any applicable sharing practices. We will request user authorization where required.
4. Sharing and third-party services
We do not currently share Google Ads user data because this website does not collect any. Our website hosting provider may process technical information to operate the site. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
5. Retention, access and deletion
No Google Ads account information or OAuth tokens are currently stored by this website. For inquiries sent by email, contact us at semgz23@yeehaiglobal.net to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you provided. We will respond as appropriate to the request and applicable legal obligations.
6. Security
The public website is served over HTTPS. We aim to limit access to information to what is necessary for the site's operation and to avoid collecting unnecessary personal or Google Ads account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the project develops, especially before introducing a Google Ads API connection or a new data processing feature. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
